Coffs Beach Houses, Coffs Harbour

Set in a delightful, absolute beachfront setting in Korora is this older style beach house. It has just been renovated internally (completed Sept 2011), and painted throughout with a renovated bathroom and kitchen and new carpet throughout.

On the entrance level there are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 showers, 2 toilets, an open plan lounge, dining area, kitchen and extra dining/ sitting area. Opening out from these rooms, is a huge undercover deck with magnificent views to the lagoon, rocks, bush and ocean. There is seating for 12 inside and outside with a barbeque, making it a great place for outdoor entertaining.

Downstairs is another large bedroom with its own balcony for you to sit and enjoy the ocean and bush views. The bedroom has access to the laundry, which also has a shower and toilet. This downstairs area has to be accessed from outside of the house.

Altogether there are 4 queen beds, 1 double bed and 2 single beds. There is air conditioning in the living areas and fans in the bedrooms. You will not find a more peaceful, magical setting than Beach Spray. This property is pet friendly but if you intend to bring a pet you must check with management first.

This property opens directly onto the beach reserve. Hills Beach is a beautiful beach with a playground, and BBQ shelters. It is a pet friendly beach so it is a great place to bring your family and your dog. Korora Beach is only a 5 min walk away so there is always somewhere nice to swim or relax.

Beach Spray is only 3 mins drive to the large shopping complex and 5 mins drive to all Coffs Harbour has to offer, yet you feel you could be on any island as it looks so tropical with the Solitary Islands as your backdrop and dolphins often swimming around the rocks.
