Amarco is a spacious two storey holiday house situated along the magnificent Clarence River, providing breathtaking views from either the ground floor patio or the upstairs decking, plus from the master bedroom.

This beautifully appointed house features a state-of-the-art kitchen with granite benchtops, European stainless steel kitchen appliances alongside an elegant dining room, complete with all crockery, cutlery, glass and kitchenware required for your stay.

The two modern living areas provide televisions, dvd players and comfy couches - perfect for those cosy evenings! A wet bar is located adjacent to the upstairs lounge room, for those too comfortable to go downstairs for their coffee.

Bedrooms are spacious, with full linen and towels provided for each guest. Ground floor hosts the master bedroom complete with King sized bed, television and DVD player. The upper level bedrooms consist of a master bedroom complete with Queen sized bed, television, DVD player, walk-in robe, private access to the bathroom and wonderful views of the Clarence River! The second bedroom upstairs is spacious and consists of two King Single beds.

The apartment also offers a study, with telephone provided for local calls, a fully equipped laundry, ducted air conditioning for year-round comfort plus many more luxury appointments.

The private courtyard at the rear of Amarco is the perfect place to cook your seafood on the gas barbeque, before enjoying it with a chilled glass of wine on either the ground floor patio or upstairs balcony, both offering spectacular and uninterrupted views of our beautiful Clarence River. Landscaped gardens complete this beautiful apartment.

Guests are welcome to take advantage of the swimming pool, kids playground, Kids Activities (during holidays) and Children's Movie Nights (during holidays) - located at The Anchorage.

Iluka is a quiet, peaceful fishing village on the northern NSW Clarence River. Amarco is situated along the northern arm of the river and only a short drive from the beautiful World Heritage Littoral Rainforest Walk.

Nearby surf beaches are ideal for swimming, surfing and fishing, or try the river for skiing, boating and also fishing!

Iluka-Yamba Passenger Ferry runs daily and offers River Cruises. Catch the ferry across to Yamba for a movie or lunch and a relaxing trip home...maybe with the dolphins playing close by!

Iluka has a small town centre, with supermarkets, butcher, bakers, chemist, liquor shop and all necessities available. There are tennis Courts, Golf and Bowls Clubs nearby. The Clubs and the local Hotel have restaurants for lunch or dinner and there are several other takeaway or dine-in venues in the town.

Clarence River Fishermans Co-op has an outlet where you can buy local seafood daily, fresh or cooked. It is an experience to go down at dawn and watch the boats unload the night's catch.

Woombah - a small village on the way to Iluka has The Woombah Coffee House ... taste the award winning locally grown coffee and learn the story behind it.

Other places to visit within an hour's drive are Maclean, Yamba, Grafton, Lismore and their surrounding townships...all well worth a visit!

Any breach of rules or booking conditions will result in termination of contract and forfeit of fees paid. *A contract will not be entered into with any person under 18 years of age. *A responsible adult must accompany such persons. *A Security Bond of $300 will be taken prior to commencement of booking. This will be refunded within 7 days of departure, less any extra costs incurred. *Minimum booking periods apply during holidays. Bookings will lapse if a deposit is not received within 10 days.
